Well I think I'm going to make it this week! It's Monday and I'm actually posting the tracking chart on time! You will notice that I have added the goals onto each person's bar. It is hard to tell how far people are actually going when the chart tracks the % of goal completed. Everyone's goals are different so I thought adding the goal to the chart would help clarify that.
Congratulations to Tammie who completed 3.3 miles in one session! She is doing really well in preparation for her first 5K race. Also a big high five to Dennis who ran 20.5 miles this week. That's the most anyone has covered in a week's time so GREAT JOB DENNIS!
My schedule has gotten very tight recently so I promise to post as often as possible but please forgive me if I go a few days without a post! I have so many topics I would like to write about so there is plenty of material, just not enough time in the day. I'm sure you can relate!
